  • HOW DO I GET THE CORRECT SIZING FOR MY DOG
    "Measuring your dog's neck size is simple! Using a cloth measuring tape, encircle it around the middle of your dog's neck—the place where the collar will rest. Ensure its comfortably snug but not too tight. For an optimal fit, we recommend adding an extra 1-2 inches to the actual neck size to allow for a slight hang if that is the look, you’re after. If a flexible tape measure isn't available, use a string or similar item, wrap it around the neck, and then measure it against a rigid tape measure. In case your dog's exact neck size isn't available, we advise choosing the next larger size (e.g., if it measures at 19 inches, opt for a 20-inch collar instead of an 18-inch one). The only exception is if your dog has a slender head; in that case, ensure there's minimal slack. All collar links are available in 2-inch increments."     WE WILL NOT PROVIDE EXCHANGES DUE TO INCORRECT MEASUREMENT UNLESS THE ITEM IS UNWORN AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING IN BOTH DIRECTIONS FOR EXCHANGES. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. WE CANNOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR PERSONALISED COLLARS. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
